Thank's Alvar for letting me loose on the hill, I had fun making the track and hope all who raced it, enjoyed the ride.

I know only too well what it's like, I'm sorry to say, damaged my arm about this time last year.





Plenty of time to get fit again for next season, let me know how your getting on.

Roger Marsh - no change with him in the top eight! With another t-shirt. 5th 1.09 seconds off leader
Mr Valler - senior rider comes in 4th 84 hundredths of a second off leader
